Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York is seeking a Spanish-speaking Medical Nutrition Therapist (Contractor) to serve children and youth in Foster Care programs at our Brooklyn clinic. The role requires on-site presence with some hybrid scheduling on non-clinic days.
Responsibilities include providing nutrition services, creating treatment plans, conducting initial assessments, coaching one-on-one, and coordinating with medical and mental health teams.
