Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - School

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contracted, school-based placement in Montebello, CA for the 26/27 school year ! This is a full-time private duty/1:1 role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services. This is a float position where candidates may be asked to work at different school sites or cover various 1:1 cases based on the needs of the district, so the ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable working at different locations and different students. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Active CNA Certification CPR/First Aid Certification Pediatric experience required Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation Must be flexible to travel to various school sites throughout the district MUST demonstrate reliability, punctuality and accountability

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide all 1:1 support for students with needs ranging from developmental, behavioral, or physical disabilities, or medically fragile students Will be expected to float to other school sites if their assigned case is out sick - flexibility with location and case assignment is a must Implement care plans as directed by school nurse Assist with adaptive equipment and assistive devices Document care and communicate with school teams
