Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Location: Redding, CA
Salary: $69k-$80k (DOE)

About Company / Opportunity:
High volume family-owned and operated steakhouse is seeking to add a high caliber Assistant General Manager to the team. Must have experience working in fast paced, high volume, full service restaurants managing large teams! Join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and work-life balance.
Key responsibilities:
Guest Experience:
- Welcoming and engaging guests to create a memorable dining experience.
- Ensure an optimal experience for all guests.
- Overseeing the dining and bar areas to ensure excellent service.
- Addressing guest concerns and feedback efficiently and accurately.
Staff Management:
- Lead, coach, and inspire employees ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Training, development, and coaching staff to ensure positive team environment.
- Supporting training, scheduling, and team development
- Conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating daily goals.
Operational Management:
- Oversee F&B service, inventory, and cost controls.
- Reviewing P&L (Profit & Loss) statements with the GM.
- Ensure policies & procedures are being followed and creating a welcoming environment inside and outside.
- Coordinating daily FOH and Back of House (BOH) operations.
- Partner with ownership and management on budgets, marketing, ect.
