The Agency Texas provides more opportunities, more convenience, and more teamwork for our agents than any other brokerage; this means for you - faster closing times, more commissions, and building a bigger referral base.
The Agency Texas Realtor spends most of their time in front of the client - showing houses, closing deals. With ZERO fees we allow you to focus on what you do best. Sell Houses, and at a rate that far exceeds the industry normal. This is done by being the best brokerage in Texas at leveraging technology to create efficiencies for our agents. We invest in our team more than anyone and are always pushing the edge of what technology can do for our ability to sell houses.
This is what to expect from day one
- Concentrated training that is tailored to our businesses core competencies. This is robust continuing education offering through 1x1 meetings with leadership as well as team mentorship.
- Utilize our technology, advertising, and marketing platforms to build your business - while paying ZERO fees
- 15-20 Pre-Qualified appointments with BUYERS every month - off the phone and into the home
- Close multiple deals within your first quarter. Close 9-12 deals per quarter - this is our standard; Are you motivated to be a top producer?
- A group of like-minded peers to lean on - weekly team meetings.
You Have
- An Active Texas Real Estate License
- Ability and willingness to work 100% Commission - this is a 1099 position

- Competitive, resilient, and driven; however, your primary motivation has to be to help people, as this is a people-first business. Let us help feed your desire to help your clients as well as meet your financial goals.
- Exceptional Communication skills - a natural born storyteller.
- Comfortable with technology - we use multiple platforms.
