This is what to expect from day one

• Concentrated training that is tailored to our businesses core competencies. This is robust continuing education offering through 1x1 meetings with leadership as well as team mentorship.
• Utilize our technology, advertising, and marketing platforms to build your business - while paying ZERO fees
• 15-20 Pre-Qualified appointments with BUYERS every month - off the phone and into the home
• Close multiple deals within your first quarter.  Close 9-12 deals per quarter - this is our standard; Are you motivated to be a top producer?
• A group of like-minded peers to lean on - weekly team meetings.

You Have

• An Active Texas Real Estate License
• Ability and willingness to work 100% Commission - this is a 1099 position

• Exceptional Communication skills - a natural born storyteller.
