Your role is vital in maintaining a smooth and professional environment, supporting the daily operations of our healthcare team and enhancing the overall patient experience. - Receive, screen, route, and respond to incoming telephone calls.
- Take accurate messages and ensure their timely delivery.
- Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information.
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
