The NOW Dublin is growing. We are looking for talented Licensed Massage Therapists who want a busy book, strong guest demand, flexible scheduling, and a team that respects massage therapy as a long-term career.

Responsibilities

Perform massage therapy services including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and stretching
Consult with clients before each session to assess needs and health considerations
Deliver bodywork and relaxation massage sessions in 50- and 80-minute formats
Perform paid enhancement services and add-on treatments
Maintain a clean, sanitary treatment room per Ohio health and safety standards
Build a loyal client base through consistent quality of care
Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless massage experience
Expand your massage modalities through paid training and continuing education

Qualifications

Active Massage Therapy License in the State of Ohio
Proficiency in Swedish massage and deep tissue massage
Strong client care and communication skills
Ability to safely perform massage services within the agreed-upon schedule and service limits.
Sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, or spa/massage boutique experience a plus

Compensation

Typical earnings $45-65 per hour

Compensation is based on schedule availability and commitment, with higher earning opportunities available for greater flexibility.

The more scheduling flexibility you bring, the more you can earn.
