Join a committed team that makes a positive difference!Description Of WorkThis position supports the overall cleanliness and safety at the hospital by carrying out tasks that are essential for sanitation and infection control. Our team will rely on you follow and share directions and to notice what areas are dirty, what must be cleaned, and other important details. As a Custodial Worker, you will perform the following duties:Sanitation Tasks: Clean floors, restrooms, dining rooms, and fixtures indoors; help remove snow and debris from entrances and walkwaysSafety Practices: Properly use and store floor care equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other items needed to complete tasksSupplies Transport: Help with laundry and linen pick up and delivery; move supplies and furniture around the hospital as neededCommunication Duties: Report hazards, receive instructions, and relay information to supervisors and coworkersInterested in learning more? Overtime as needed.
