Cleanroom Technician / Production Operator/ Packager

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 5:30am–2:00pm — $17.00/hr +$3/hr upon conversion
• 2nd Shift: 1:30pm–10:00pm — $18.70/hr (10% differential)+$3/hr upon conversion
• 3rd Shift: 9:30pm–6:00am — $19.55/hr (15% differential)+$3/hr upon conversion

Job Summary: Seeking entry-level production workers to operate machines and package medical device products in a cleanroom environment. Candidates must be open to working in either machine operation or packaging roles.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing or packaging machines
• Load materials into machines and monitor operation
• Package medical device products in a cleanroom setting
• Apply labels and move finished product to quality control
• Stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Entry-level; no prior experience required
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud production environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to be cross-trained

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Monument, CO.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
