Electrical Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
 Walworth County, WI
 $38–$42/hour
 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

About the Role
Adecco is partnering with a leading food manufacturing facility in Walworth County to hire a Direct Hire Electrical Maintenance Technician . This is a great opportunity to join a clean, modern, and highly automated plant where your electrical and troubleshooting skills will be put to use every day.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and repair electrical and process control systems
• Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems, instrumentation, VFDs, and automation equipment
• Install, calibrate, and service instruments, valves, actuators, and pneumatic devices
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and loop drawings
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work in CMMS
• Use root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability
• Collaborate with operations, contractors, and plant teams
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
• Follow all safety and GMP guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Technical degree preferred OR 3+ years of electrical/instrumentation maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
