Location: Worland, Wyoming
Setting: Long‑Term Care
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day and night shifts available
Hours: 48 hours per week
Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2046
We are seeking a committed and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long‑term care contract in Worland, WY. This role is ideal for an LPN who is confident working in a long‑term care environment and looking for a stable, full‑time assignment with guaranteed hours.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility support
Maintain accurate and timely charting
Collaborate with the care team to ensure high‑quality resident care
Active LPN license (Wyoming or compact)
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred
Ability to work and maintain a 48‑hour weekly schedule
Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills
