City of Norfolk seeks a Division Leader to oversee staffing, programming, and operations for a large multipurpose facility program. You will plan, direct, and evaluate services, ensuring alignment with city policies and fiscal stewardship. Under limited supervision, you will coordinate work, develop plans, and supervise staff, reporting to the Bureau Head.
