Window and Door Service Technician

Job Description Job Description As a Service Technician, you'll be the face of Mountain West in the field by inspecting, repairing, and replacing parts on windows and doors at customer locations. What You’ll Do: Diagnose and repair Marvin windows and doors in the field, including glass replacement and installation of components like shades, screens, and hardware Deliver an excellent customer experience by educating homeowners on product care, operation, and maintenance Complete service documentation, coordinate follow-ups, and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution Manage parts ordering, job site walkthroughs, and final quality checks before project completion Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and daily job readiness while adhering to all safety standards Collect payments as needed and support overall service operations, including occasional training of new team members What You’ll Need: Ability to lift heavy items Field technician experience Pass criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC) Valid driver’s license (must meet fleet safety requirements) What We Offer: Company truck, phone, and laptop Bonuses + profit sharing PTO + paid holidays Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, STD, LTD, Life Insurance,...and more) No weekend work!
