General Management Summer Associate

$55 per hour

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks MBA students for a 10-week summer management associate program (June–August 2027) designed as a pipeline to their full-time leadership development program. Participants will work on strategic projects across operations, commercial, R&D, and product areas.

Responsibilities

Execute strategic projects in operations, manufacturing, commercial, or R&D
Contribute to annual operating plans and business priorities
Support product, sales, or customer channel initiatives
Deliver outcomes with significant business impact

Requirements

MBA student graduating December 2027–June 2028
Undergraduate degree in business, biology, engineering, chemistry, economics, or related field
Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate for assignment
Reliable transportation to and from work location
Leadership potential and alignment with company values

Compensation: $55.00 hourly; $5,000 relocation stipend if located 50+ miles away
