Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented and/or the buffet is appealing. Refreshes drinks Assists with bussing tables Perform various other duties as assignedEducation and ExperienceMinimum of High School education Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role Food safety certification preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to communicate effectively verbally Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members Excellent time management skills Ability to multi-task Ability to work flexible hours and shifts*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
