As a Azure Senior DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for building, deploying, maintaining, and automating our software development pipeline from source control through production. Design and development of an organization's infrastructure is one of the key responsibilities of this role. Deploy automation that reduces risk management and upholds the infrastructure of the organization. Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the full lifecycle. Proactively provide guidance on engineering methodologies, standards, and leading practices. Key Skills: Technology must-have skills: Strong on DevOps concepts and Tools Azure Cloud services: PaaS, ASE, AKS, or any other services Job Requirements: 8+ years IT experience on DevOps concepts and Tools - (Visa Independent resource only USC/GC) Experience with CI/CD pipeline with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, SALT, etc. Worked with on-Prem CI/CD pipeline integrating with Azure Cloud services: ADLS, Cosmos DB, ASE, AKS, or any other services. Worked with deploying microservices to ASE or AKS. Good knowledge of scripting: Shell, Power Shell, etc. Hands-on experience with debugging and troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues with Azure PaaS. Work closely with the enterprise DevOps team for leveraging the enterprise deployment pipeline for creating Azure resources and deploying on-premises built code artifacts. Strong working knowledge in project management & code maintenance, deployment tools like: Gradle Bitbucket Jenkins Jira Nexus Confluence SALT Good to have additional skills: Leverage enterprise processes in place for setting continuous monitoring of Azure PaaS services. Knowledge of Azure Data Bricks or AKS. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Pipelines, and Container Registry. Good verbal and written communication skills - articulating and communicating information and ideas to varying audiences and in multiple written styles (persuasive, informative, narrative) in order to work with large/multiple teams.
