Entry Level Litigation Attorney

Gottlieb & Greenspan is a rapidly growing law firm at the forefront of healthcare reimbursement litigation, with a specialized focus on disputes arising under the No Surprises Act (NSA). We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The Litigation Attorney will independently manage an active caseload and handle matters from inception through resolution. The role includes drafting pleadings, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and court appearances in state and federal court. Draft and file complaints and responsive pleadings Draft and argue dispositive motions Develop litigation strategy in reimbursement and coverage disputes Collaborate on complex healthcare litigation matters involving regulatory and reimbursement frameworks from an accredited law school

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in healthcare litigation, insurance coverage, or reimbursement disputes preferred but not required
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
