HopeLink Behavioral Health is seeking a Shift Lead to provide real-time oversight across voice, chat, and text crisis services. You will support Crisis Workers with escalations, guide shift execution, and monitor service levels to ensure continuity of care. This role requires 18 months of crisis center experience, a preferred bachelor's in social work or psychology, and the ability to work 24/7/365 including weekends.
