Now hiring: Warehouse Associate Location: Shakopee, MN Pay Rate: $19.00 $23.00 per hour Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM 5 PM

Warehouse Associate Job Duties:

• Ship and receive product, and examine product for damage
• Store product according to established procedures
• Assist with maintaining inventory records
• Enter inventory information into the ERP system
• Understand and follow inventory management SOP's
• Pick orders and prepare for shipment
• Troubleshoot issues utilizing the ERP system and reporting tools
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, and other tools as needed
• Contribute to the daily maintenance and general cleanliness of the warehouse area
• Assist with other material management tasks when needed

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• Some college or technical school preferred or equivalent related work experience
• 1-2 years' experience in an automated warehouse environment using scanning/scan gun technology
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Prior experience using a formal ERP-type system is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Willingness to offer solutions for process improvements
• Previous forklift experience / Forklift certification is a plus
• Previous experience with the ShipExec system is a plus
