We are looking for an Architect to join our St. George office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design and documentation who contributes across multiple project phases and works effectively within a collaborative team environment. What You’ll Do Work on multiple phases of design, including conceptual design, design development, and construction documents. Contribute to design ideas, evaluate options, and help develop creative and practical solutions. Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to support coordination and integration of building systems. Take ownership of defined project tasks and deliverables with increasing independence. Support permitting efforts and assist with submittals, RFIs, and construction phase activities. Apply design standards, codes, and best practices while continuing to build technical expertise. What We’re Looking For A degree in Architecture (required). Approximately 3–8 years of professional architectural experience. Working knowledge of design and production software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.). Growing understanding of building systems, documentation, and project coordination. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Licensure is not required but is supported and encouraged.
