Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Hybrid 4 Days Onsite per Week)

• Financial/investment domain experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with Azure data warehouse projects and concepts is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business/Data Analyst with strong data analysis capabilities and experience in the financial and investment domains . The ideal candidate will have approximately 7+ years of experience working in business and data analysis roles, with strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of modern data warehouse concepts.

Candidates should have experience working with Azure Data Warehouse/cloud data environments and be comfortable collaborating with technical and business stakeholders. This role is best suited for a strong BA/DA who combines business analysis expertise with hands-on data and analytical skills.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a combination of both.
• Strong experience within the financial services and/or investment domain .
• Strong proficiency in SQL .
• Solid understanding of modern data warehouse concepts and implementations .
• Experience working with or supporting Azure Data Warehouse/Azure cloud data projects .
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with large or complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work 4 days per week onsite in the DC Metro area .
• Must be local to the DC Metro area .

Qualifications

• Experience working in SAFe and/or Agile environments.
• Experience supporting cloud-based data transformation or data warehouse initiatives.
• Experience working closely with data engineering, data architecture, or business intelligence teams.
