NTT DATA, Inc. is currently seeking a Quality & Training Manager to join their remote team in Washington, DC. This role will oversee quality assurance activities and manage training programs for customer service representatives, ensuring consistency and compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in call center quality assurance and management, complemented by strong analytical skills and an ability to design effective training programs.
