Warehouse Manager

The Purpose As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our warehouse and facility while ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment for employees, clients, and partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for facility‑related matters, working closely with building owners, property managers, and outside vendors to keep operations running smoothly. This role combines hands‑on operational leadership with strategic planning, team development, and facility oversight. Success in this position requires strong organization, communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. The Job Oversee daily warehouse and facility operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and organization. Serve as the primary contact for building owners, property managers, landlords, and facility‑related concerns. Manage relationships with outside vendors including maintenance, HVAC, security, waste management, dock door, and equipment service providers. Conduct regular inspections of the facility, equipment, storage areas, racking systems, and safety equipment. Lead warehouse staff through coaching, development, scheduling, performance management, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and lead safety meetings, inspections, and incident investigations. Partner with Operations, Logistics Coordinators, and Project Teams to support project execution and customer needs. Monitor labor utilization, productivity, and operational performance metrics. Maintain facility records, inspections, vendor documentation, and operational reports. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, and service levels. The Person Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams. Excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Experience managing facilities, building maintenance activities, and vendor relationships. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement, and safety compliance practices. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or industry certifications preferred.
