Описание Ищем Team Lead для развития media buying направления и эффективного управления командой. В задачи входит поиск и запуск новых источников трафика, тестирование гипотез, масштабирование эффективных связок и управление бюджетами. Важны сильная экспертиза в performance и умение принимать решения на основе данных. Задачи Контроль и модернизация текущего отдела по фейсбуку Поиск и оценка новых источников трафика и рекламных платформ(Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, DSP/programmatic, in-app и новые нестандартные источники) Запуск новых сорсов с нуля: кабинеты, трекинг, атрибуция, события, постбеки, аналитика и автоматизация. Самостоятельный запуск первых тестов и поиск рабочих связок. Оценка экономики источников по CPA, FTD, ROI/ROAS, LTV и другим KPI. Масштабирование успешных источников и передача их команде. Управление media buying командой: KPI, бюджеты, задачи и развитие экспертизы. Формирование и тестирование новых гипотез по GEO, аудиториям, форматам и каналам. Требования Практический опыт в performance marketing / media buying. Опыт работы хотя бы с несколькими paid-источниками: Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP, in-app или другими. Умение самостоятельно запустить новый источник от технической настройки до первых результатов. Понимание трекинга, атрибуции, pixels, postbacks Умение анализировать юнит-экономику и принимать решения на основе данных. Опыт самостоятельного управления рекламными бюджетами и масштабирования кампаний. Будет плюсом: Опыт с Reddit Ads, DSP/programmatic и in-app; Успешный опыт работы с CIS; Работа не только с арендными ВебВью, но и опыт покупки собственного приложения Условия Полностью удалённая работа Стабильная заработная плата, своевременные выплаты и прозрачная система расчёта Перспективы профессионального роста и развития Работа в международной команде — взаимодействие с экспертами из разных стран и обмен профессиональным опытом. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adviva
