You will be able to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while also having the option to use our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via virtual platforms and in-person as applicable, focusing on client-centered approaches. \n
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques. \n
- Assess clients’ emotional and mental health needs through thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, utilizing de-escalation strategies and resources as needed. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients. \n
- Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with licensure requirements and advancements in therapeutic techniques. \n
Our therapist will primarily work with couples and families experiencing relationship challenges, communication issues, and conflicts arising from emotional distress or mental health disorders. The patient population may include individuals dealing with addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will be equipped to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally sensitive and individualized support.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required. \n
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State is mandatory. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients of varied backgrounds and needs. \n
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with couples and families, employing innovative and integrative therapeutic approaches. \n
- Knowledge and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy. \n

- Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, providing individual, couples, and family therapy. \n
- Experience working with clients in the context of addiction, recovery, and rehabilitation services. \n
- Familiarity with tools and systems relevant to client management and documentation such as electronic health records (EHR). \n

- Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
