Provide excellence service to clients with good order execution skill, market update, investment advice and promote the use of online facilities to clients for example online trading platform, e-statement and Retail Online Platform.

Manage and build good business relationship with clients while managing their trade settlement, credit exposures and ensure all debts are collected.

Review the clients' trade/contract position exposure, trading pattern, credit risk and trading limit, margin position (if relevant) from time to time.

Identify new business opportunity, acquire new clients, activate existing clients to achieve the sales target and KPI set.

Participate in events and activities such as seminars, workshops and roadshows organized or participated by the Bank.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall team business objectives Instill and practice team spirit, reinforcing a performance culture and fostering the core values of the Bank.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, the Bank's policies and procedures, including establishing and maintaining robust operating controls.
