RN

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented registered nurse to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate is dedicated to promoting health, supporting recovery, and delivering safe, evidence-based care with professionalism and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and document findings accurately and thoroughly
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and provider orders
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, self-care, and health maintenance
• Maintain infection control, safety, and quality standards in all aspects of care delivery
• Accurately chart assessments, interventions, outcomes, and communication in the medical record
• Support patient advocacy and provide compassionate care with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse licensure in the applicable state or jurisdiction
• 2 Years of Emergency Room Experience and Critical Care Experience
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• ACLS and PALS
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records and standard clinical documentation practices
• Commitment to patient-centered care, confidentiality, and ethical practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospital, outpatient, long-term care, or similar clinical setting
• Additional specialty certifications relevant to the care environment
• Experience with care coordination, patient education, or discharge planning
