Account Associate
As an account associate for State Farm, Team Warring, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Base pay $48,000 - $68,000 based on experience and skill level.
Uncapped commission structure, earn as much as you work!
All employees make at least $36,000 and our top earners make $85,000+ annually with commission and bonuses.
Bonuses range from monthly to quarterly based upon results!
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in American Canyon, CA.
