Behavioral Health Operations Manager

Are you a strong operations leader who thrives in fast-paced behavioral health environments? You vs You Mental Health and 70x7 Wellness Mission are seeking a highly organized and motivated Behavioral Health Operations Manager to help support and coordinate the daily operations of our growing OMHC and SUD programs. This is NOT a basic office manager role. We are looking for someone who can: manage moving parts communicate effectively hold teams accountable support clinical operations coordinate workflows help maintain structure in a high-growth behavioral health environment
ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION
Our programs provide: OMHC services SUD treatment Residential treatment PRP services Peer support services We work extensively with: court-involved clients co-occurring populations underserved communities hospitals and referral partnersRESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily office and operational workflows Coordinate OMHC and SUD scheduling Support intake and admissions processes Monitor documentation completion and compliance Coordinate staff communication and accountability Assist with census and client flow management Support authorization and referral tracking Coordinate with CSS and intake support staff Help implement workflow systems and operational improvementsIDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking someone with: strong communication skills strong leadership and organizational skills experience in behavioral health, OMHC, SUD, healthcare, or high-pressure environments ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously ability to maintain professionalism under pressure strong follow-through and accountability skills Experience in: OMHC behavioral health substance abuse treatment healthcare operations high-volume clinical settings is strongly preferred.WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
