Myles Fleet Services Position Summary Myles Fleet Services is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Lead Sales Representative to drive revenue growth while helping guide and support our sales team. The primary responsibility of this position is to build, manage, and grow their own book of business. This is a producing sales position first and a leadership position second. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who preferably brings an existing book of business and established relationships within the fleet, trucking, transportation, construction, or commercial vehicle industries. In addition to producing their own revenue, the Lead Sales Representative will help guide other sales team members with prospecting, CRM usage, lead management, follow-up cadence, pipeline management, and overall sales accountability. Primary Responsibilities Manage & Grow Own Book of Business Build, manage, and grow a substantial personal book of business. Preferably bring existing customer relationships and industry contacts that can be developed into opportunities for Myles Fleet Services. Fleet Services. Consistently prospect for new fleet and commercial accounts. Develop longterm relationships with fleet managers, business owners, transportation companies, contractors, municipalities, and other commercial customers. Maintain and grow existing customer accounts. Conduct customer visits, calls, followups, yard checks, and other outside sales activities. Identify opportunities to provide additional Myles Fleet Services services to existing customers. Own opportunities from initial prospecting through closing and ongoing account management. Meet or exceed established individual revenue and sales goals. Sales Leadership & Team Support The Lead Sales Representative will help leadership strengthen the performance and consistency of the overall sales team. Help guide and support other sales representatives. Assist team members with prospecting strategies, account development, and closing opportunities. Help establish and maintain an effective customer followup cadence. Ensure leads are being contacted, followed up on, and moved through the sales process. Help identify leads and opportunities that have stalled or require additional attention. Assist with pipeline reviews and sales accountability. Help ensure sales representatives are properly utilizing the company's CRM. Reinforce accurate documentation of calls, meetings, opportunities, followups, and next steps. Help maintain clean and accurate customer and prospect data. Lead by example through personal activity, organization, followup, and sales results. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain their own pipeline accurately and consistently. Document customer interactions and next steps. Schedule and complete followup activities. Track leads from initial contact through close. Maintain visibility into upcoming opportunities. Help other sales representatives improve their CRM usage and pipeline management. Work with leadership to identify gaps in followup, lead management, and sales activity. Services Represented Mobile fleet maintenance and repair Inshop truck and fleet repair Roadside service Preventative maintenance Light, medium, and heavyduty towing and recovery Equipment transportation Collision and body repair Other fleetrelated services offered by Myles Fleet Services What We're Looking For Be a proven selfstarter who does not require constant direction. Preferably have an existing book of business and established industry relationships. Have a demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business. Be comfortable making calls, visiting customers, networking, and developing relationships in the field. Have strong followup habits and attention to detail. Understand how to manage a sales pipeline and effectively use a CRM. Be accountable for their own activity and results. Be capable of helping guide and motivate other sales representatives. Possess strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills. Be competitive, organized, persistent, and resultsdriven. How Success Will Be Measured Revenue generated from the Lead Sales Representative's own book of business New accounts opened Growth and retention of existing accounts New opportunities generated Prospecting and outside sales activity Followup consistency CRM and pipeline accuracyOverall growth of the sales team Contribution to the performance and accountability of other sales representatives This is not a traditional desk-based sales management position. The Lead Sales Representative is expected to personally prospect, sell, close business, manage customer relationships, and produce revenue while helping raise the performance of the entire sales team.
