Starting base salary range : $80,000–95,000 + performance based bonuses

The Role: You’ll turn new reps into top producers, keep tenured reps sharp and help scale our sales department. You’ll own initial and ongoing training, build the HelloNation Sales Training Program from the ground up, and be the Sales Manager for all new cohorts. This isn’t a one-and-done workshop role.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver new-hire training that cuts ramp time
• Build repeatable programs, playbooks and systems that scale without losing quality
• Partner with Sales Leadership so pipeline, training progress and performance drive coaching decisions
• Stay embedded with reps through sales meetings, call reviews and one-on-ones
• Train on prospecting, pipeline building, discovery, consultative selling, objection handling, closing and account growth
• Give specific, actionable feedback on live and recorded calls
• Validate readiness through assessments, role-plays and performance data
• Track ramp time, skill adoption, conversion and quota attainment by cohort; report insights to leadership
• Set the standard for accountability, bringing in proven outside best practices

What Success Looks Like

• New reps ramp faster and hit early targets
• Cohorts show measurable gains in conversion and quota attainment 6–12 months out
• A scalable program backed by Salesforce reporting
• A culture where coaching is constant and expected

Required Qualifications

• Training Experience : 3+ years of sales training, with measurable impact on ramp time, performance or retention
• Scaling & Ongoing support : Experience helping scale a sales team, including training and supporting reps well beyond onboarding as their Manager
• Selling Credibility: A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, and comfort joining live HelloNation sales calls to model discovery, presentation, objection handling and closing for the team
• Background : Sales Manager, Team Lead, enablement professional or adult-learning instructor

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SPIN, Challenger, Sandler or similar sales frameworks
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, in person and virtually
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising or media
