Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of service. In this role, you will assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, manage patient records with precision, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

Duties

- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients.

- Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix and Epic for record management.

- Support pediatric dentistry procedures with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for children.

- Perform basic laboratory tasks as needed, including taking impressions and preparing dental materials.

- Stay updated on dental terminology, endodontics, and medical coding practices.

full-time $21 - $22 per hour
