Senior Civil Engineer – Site Development
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)
We’re partnered with a nationally ranked design firm seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead site development projects across commercial, residential, and institutional markets. The role focuses on design execution, quality control, and mentoring junior engineers within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, and utility designs
- Manage permitting processes and agency coordination
- Support project budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC review
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other consultants
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (P.E. preferred)
- 5–10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling tools
- Experience with land development, zoning, and permitting
Compensation: $100K–$130K Base + Bonus | Full Benefits | Career Development Track
