Job Details: Location: Sterling, Colorado Schedule: Night shifts (12-hour shifts) with a minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure; BLS certification is required; clinical experience in labor and delivery or OB nursing is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher; professional certification related to obstetric nursing; additional education or experience in maternal and neonatal care. Additional Information: The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments of laboring patients, develop individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include documentation of patient progress, participation in patient education, and support of clinical research activities when applicable.
