Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school team in the Gilbert, Arizona area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role offers the opportunity to work with students across grade levels, supporting fine motor development, sensory integration, and functional independence. This position is ideal for OTs with experience or interest in pediatric therapy, school-based services, and special education support.
Position Overview:- Full-time, school-based position for the 2026–2027 school year
- On-site role within a collaborative school district
- Caseload and grade levels discussed during the interview process
- Opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and Arizona guidelines
- Support student participation in classroom and school activities
Required Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
