Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teams across the Omaha metro area.

What You’ll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you will provide hands-on care and support that helps residents maintain dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

You will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and toileting.

• Provide thoughtful, respectful support based on each resident’s individual needs and preferences.

• Help residents feel comfortable, safe, and connected throughout their day.

• Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns promptly to the nursing team.

• Assist with meals, hydration, mobility, transfers, and other daily care needs.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices, and Hillcrest policies and procedures.

• Work closely with nurses and the broader care team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

Ideal candidates will have:

• An active Nebraska CNA license or the ability to transfer an active Iowa CNA license.

• Direct patient care, senior living, healthcare, or caregiving experience preferred, but not required.

• A compassionate, respectful, and responsible approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to resident needs.

Physical & Other Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

• Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.

• Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, and movement as needed.

• Must be flexible, calm, and professional in changing or stressful situations.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
