It offers overnight lodging, meals, and support services to keep families close during extended hospital stays. Operating as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit with about 50 staff members and an annual operating budget near $17 million, the organization is poised for continued growth. The new CEO will play a crucial role at a pivotal moment in the organization's history, as it recently expanded its capacity and services to meet growing demands. The organization has increased its guest suites, now accommodating 82 families nightly, and is enhancing its offerings with Family Support Services to provide additional emotional and practical help during children's hospitalizations. As the chief ambassador and fundraiser, the CEO will strengthen relationships with donors, community partners, and hospital leaders while supporting the staff and volunteer community.
