About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Sales and Marketing to lead and direct the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies that enhance the communication and product-to-market efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing sales and marketing initiatives to create brand awareness, providing guidance to the sales and marketing team, and overseeing the planning and execution of various campaigns. This role also involves maintaining close collaboration with commercial and product development teams, monitoring sales progress, and leading the production of content for the company's online presence. The VP will be the organization's representative to external parties and will be tasked with identifying and maintaining sales and marketing tools for various distribution channels. Applicants for the VP, Sales and Marketing position at the company should have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with a preference for those with experience in related industries. The role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to think analytically, innovatively, and creatively. A strong background in current and online sales/digital marketing techniques is essential. The ideal candidate will hold a BS/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field, and be fluent in English and Spanish. The position demands a high level of flexibility, including the willingness to travel, and a deep understanding of the market, including trends and competitor activities.
