Essential Functions & Responsibilities 10-Day Facility Supervisor As a 10-Day Facility Supervisor you will be responsible for the management of personnel and operations, including moving, loading, and unloading trucks. Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times Manages 10-day operations including moving, loading, and unloading of trucks Manages both inbound and outbound trailers at the 10-day facility Schedules, plans, and directs employees in their assigned tasks; coordinates the processing of inbound and stored materials Maintains an inventory of loading supplies for outbound trucks for customer pickups Builds loads around the NPS route system Ensures proper placarding and labeling of all containers and trucks at the 10-day Performs daily inspections, as well as maintenance and distributions, of 10-day tracking log Ensures compliance at the 10-day facility Ensures all employees are working in accordance with company safety policies and procedures Supports Field Services with waste stream approvals and scheduling IM projects with disposal Participates in hiring, performance evaluations, counseling and termination of employees Reviews and submits time sheets for hourly employees and approves and tracks vacation/personal time taken by 10-day personnel Maintains responsibility for facility maintenance, including directing employees to perform specific maintenance assignments, as well as working with outside contractors as necessary Obtains Purchase Orders for ordering Prepares shipping documents for customers Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience 2+ years of environmental industry experience (required) 40 Hour HAZWOPER training completion (required) Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity Arcwood offers stability you can count on and opportunities to grow.
