Our employees are at the heart of our success, and we are committed to ensuring they receive the training, support, and recognition they deserve.As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands-on assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities by:Offering support in daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, household tasks)Assisting with community engagement and social integrationPromoting independence and skill-building through individualized goals and programsEnsuring the safety and well-being of the individuals you care forProviding emotional support and positive reinforcementKeeping accurate records of care provided, ensuring compliance with state and agency guidelinesWhat We're Looking For:Compassionate & Caring Attitude: You're passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.Flexibility & Reliability: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the members.Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred, but not required.
