Residential Service Plumber

NC Water Heaters is looking for a residential Service Plumber to join our residential team. The Plumber will be based out of our Raleigh office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing & water heater systems. The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills and excellent communication. They will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. Preference to those with backflow experience and certification. What to Expect: 5-Star Plumbing Services – Provide stellar residential plumbing services to homeowners, realtors and property managers in the Triangle area, Monday-Friday from 8-4pm. Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Use our software to dispatch, invoice and document customer service calls. Rotating on-call. Obtain your backflow and other industry certifications, as well as licensure. Requirements: Installing, maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures. Rough in and trim out plumbing related to interior remodel projects. Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance. Inspect and perform plumbing repairs and replacements. Respond to emergency maintenance requests through rotating on-call. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Complete all required documentation in mobile app Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a plumber. Good working knowledge of plumbing materials. Proficiency in using plumbing tools. Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Good listening and communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and patience. Physical dexterity.
