Office Location: 1811 Weir Dr., Ste. 150, Woodbury, MN 55125
Coverage area: Washington County

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

HOSPICE OF THE MIDWEST is seeking a compassionate and creative Music Therapist in Woodbury, MN . Our Music Therapists are a key part of our interdisciplinary team, providing comfort, connection and dignity to patients through the healing power of music. As a Music Therapist You will:

Assess patients’ functional status, musical responses, and preferences

Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients meet goals

Deliver music therapy using instruments, singing, movement, and listening

Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly and update care team
