Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Director to join our team at Courtyard Statesville Mooresville Lake Norman. As the leader of our food and beverage department, you will oversee all aspects of our dining operations, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience during their stay with us. Your passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage and train a team of food and beverage professionals, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as Marriott International standards of quality and service Monitor and analyze financial performance of the food and beverage department, making adjustments as needed to achieve profitability goals Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our food and beverage offerings Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role Demonstrated success in developing and executing food and beverage programs that drive guest satisfaction and profitability Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage industry trends Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for food and beverage, we want to hear from you!
