Sales Support Representative

• Pay Range: $75,000-85,000, DOE + competitive benefits and PTO package + bonus based on team performance
  Location: Windsor, CO (no remote)
  Position Type: Direct Hire

How you'll spend your time as a Sales Support Representative:

• Own and maintain CRM accuracy as the source of truth for all territory activity
• Manage quotes, pricing, and order processing from submission through delivery confirmation
• Track orders, communicate timelines, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the customer
• Support post-sale follow-through, including delivery verification, renewals, and ongoing customer needs
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams on order status and coordination
• Generate reports and provide visibility into pipeline activity and territory performance
• Support sales reps with proposals, scheduling, and territory planning activities
• Help free up sales leaders' time so they can focus on selling and growing accounts

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Sales Support Representative:

• Grit! Show initiative and persistence
• 3+ years of B2B experience in sales support, inside sales, operations, or customer service
• Experience with CRM systems (ZOHO preferred; Salesforce or HubSpot also considered)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to proactively manage tasks and follow through without constant direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice to have skills and experience as a Sales Support Representative:

• Experience supporting field sales teams in healthcare, medical supply, or distribution environments
• Familiarity with purchase orders, vendor coordination, or recurring order management
• Background in quoting, proposals, or contract support
