Physical Therapist - Outpatient and Inpatient

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care across a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care. Ideal candidates will have experience treating a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics, and will be comfortable addressing various diagnoses including post-stroke rehabilitation and total joint replacement.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in TruBridge - Evident.
• Participate in department activities and traveler engagement initiatives.

Schedule

This is an 8-hour shift position, Monday through Friday. Outpatient shifts may start at 7:30 AM, with some flexibility offered by management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active BLS certification is required.
• Experience with both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
• Willingness to see a diverse range of patients and conditions.
