We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Hazlet, NJ area .

NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING . Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing new tires and wheels
• Rotating and balancing tires
• Performing flat repairs and other tire services
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
• Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team

In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform .

Qualifications

To be eligible for the Automotive Tire Technician position, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be available to work 5 days per week

No previous automotive experience is required.
