At Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds , we're seeking experienced caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs who are passionate about helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. 

Unlike facility-based care, our caregivers have the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one support while developing lasting relationships with clients and their families. What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community activities

• Observe and report changes in client health and well-being

• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client

• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

Ideal Candidates Have Experience In:

• Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
• Assisted Living Communities
• Memory Care Facilities
• Rehabilitation Centers
• Adult Family Homes
• Home Care Agencies
• Long-Term Care Settings

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred

• Previous caregiving experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently and professionally

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must pass a background check and medical clearance requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care
