Your Role

As a Leadership Development Associate , you'll work directly with clients while developing the communication, leadership, and business skills needed to advance into future management opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online communication platforms

• Educate clients on available supplemental benefit programs and coverage options

• Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service

• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process

• Learn directly from experienced leaders through structured mentorship and coaching

• Support team initiatives and contribute to overall client satisfaction

• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accuracy in every interaction

• Participate in ongoing leadership training and professional development
