Job Description:

Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry required to float within designated facilities in Zone 3, providing care for adult to geriatric patients with a variety of health conditions. Responsible for flexible shift scheduling and must adhere to floating requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients with cardiac, neuro, orthopedic, oncology, and other post-surgical conditions.
• Administer medications and titrate drips, including Heparin.
• Collaborate with designated charge nurse and nursing aides to maintain patient care standards.
• Adapt to assigned shifts across multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius.

Requirements:

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years MS-Tele experience; prior neuro experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt to schedule changes including floating between facilities.
