The Opportunity As a Senior HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment while serving as a technical resource for both customers and fellow technicians. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigeration issues on commercial HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks. Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences. Assist with mentoring, training, and teaching the next generation of R. Brooks service technicians.
