Program ManagerOdyssey has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Manager to join the team. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible utilizing your technical expertise to provide program support, professional services, engineering technical services that improve policy making, decision-making, management, administration, program management, or research and development activities.ResponsibilitiesThe FMS Branch Office supports and sustains three FMS Programs, Shared Early Warning, Qatar Early Warning Radar and Taiwan SRP Radar. FMS supports sixteen partner nations, three NATO locations, Ramstein AFB GE, Stuttgart AB GE, MacDill AFB Fl, Hickam AFB HI, and Peterson SFB CO. The programs provide timely, accurate Theater & Strategic space-based Missile Early Warning Information to partner nations using common standardized HW/SW (COTS/GOTS), enhances US strategic and regional stability objectives and coalition knowledge of incoming missiles and missile launch information, 24-hours per day, 365 days per year.Support and conduct strategic planning consistent with program direction, resources, and objectives established by higher authority; make recommendations for improving division processes and productsSupport road-map planning, development and reviewHelp lead acquisition strategy analyses and program planning processesAnalyze programs and develop sound, efficient and effective strategiesUse experience, expertise and skill set to advise, assist, and recommend actions to the GovernmentDivision/Branch/Program Offices on consistency and continuity of requirements, objectives and planning/programmingDevelop, prepare, staff and review Early Strategy and Issues Session and Acquisition Strategy Panel briefingsSupport the development, management, and monitoring of program and project-integrated master schedulesAdvise Government personnel on contractor performance issues and risksPrepare briefings and reportsPresent Government briefingsAssist in risk assessmentsApply cost analytics and data processing skills to provide advice and assistance on technical evaluations and realism, balance, and reasonableness assessments of proposalsSupport requirements definition, development, configuration management, test (all phases), risk management, system security engineering, operations and organizational/intermediate/depot-level, maintenance (all types), planning/programming, implementation/deployment of solutions, review, and development of system technical baseline documentationQualificationsCitizenship: Must be a US citizenMinimum Required Qualifications:Clearance: Must have a valid DOD Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top SecretCertifications: PMP, OR DAWIA Program Management Level III certification (if a master's degree not obtained)Education: High SchoolYears of Experience: 7 years of experience as a Project/program Manager OR, Bachelor's or master's Degree with 3 years of experience as a Project/Program ManagerAdditional Experience:Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of their technical/professional discipline as well as possess a comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices in their area of expertise.Experience writing, reviewing, and executing Project Plans, Financial Reports, and MS Project SchedulesPreferred QualificationsClearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearanceEducation: MA/MS in a related fieldYears of experience: 3 years of acquisition program managementCertifications: PM level II certification, DAWIA Program Management Level III certification (or equivalent)Technical SkillsKnowledgeable of Foreign Military SalesKnowledgeable of C2 SystemsKnowledge of Ground-Based Radar and Infra-Red systemsKnowledge of Missile Warning operationsKnowledgeable in Global Command and Control SystemsKnowledgeable in Cross Domain SolutionsPrevious active-duty military experienceKnowledge of Tasker Processing SystemsInterpersonal Skills:Communication: Effectively convey project goals, delegate tasks, and provide feedback to ensure clarity and collaboration.Leadership: Inspire and motivate the team, providing direction and fostering a positive work environment.Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts promptly and constructively to maintain team morale and project integrity.Empathy: Understand and share the feelings of team members and stakeholders to build trust and rapport.Negotiation: Ability to negotiate timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve a win-win situation.Cultural Sensitivity: Interactions with FMS customers requires adapting to cultural and business norms for that country.Additional Information:Location: The position is performed at Hanscom AFB, located in MATravel: Travel might be required up to 25%Hybrid: Remote flexibility 1-2 days per week – subject to change per the customer's discretionCompensation: $112,500-$125,000Company OverviewOdyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
